Quality Mission
The Quality Inspection Center supports ZABT’s core product lines, including yeast-derived RNA, functional 5′-nucleotides, and yeast extracts.
Our team verifies product identity, purity, moisture, nitrogen content, and microbial quality before product release.

Testing Capabilities
ZABT uses HPLC, GC, IR, AAS, UV spectrophotometry, Karl Fischer moisture testing, Kjeldahl nitrogen determination, and microbial limit testing.
These methods support product release, customer documentation, and quality consistency across production batches.
For external reference, customers may review the Food Chemicals Codex, U.S. FDA food information, and EU law resources.
